The best part: You’ll be part of a community of like-minded people who enjoy an easy morning run along the beach together. To keep my classes running and ensure they remain affordable, this is a pay-what-you-can offering. You can contribute whatever feels right - whether based on what you can afford or the value you received.

Days: Tuesdays at 7 AM and 10 AM

How it works:

  • We’ll meet at our beach hut in the mornings to drop off our belongings.

  • We’ll focus on one specific form element to improve on each run; i.e. head position, arm swing, etc.

  • We’ll go for a slow and steady 5km run along the beach - being mindful of the specific form element. I’ll help you to correct your form on the run.

  • Depending on the weather conditions, the pace will be slow and steady for ~45 minutes (7-7:30 km/h / 4-4:30 mph).

  • Once we get back to the beach hut, you can either head home or you can stay for another 30 minutes to chat, have a warm drink and join me for a sea dip.

  • You’ll get access to our community chat on the free and safe app Heylo.

  • Absolutely not. This is a group for people who would just started running or a seasoned runner and want to improve their running form.

    All our runs will be easy, slow and mindful. No one will be left behind.

  • In a nutshell:

    • Easy, steady, slow run on the pavement along the beach

    • ~5 km / ~45 minutes

    • Pace: 7-7:30 km/h, 4-4:30 mph

    • We’ll be running regardless of the weather

  • After you submitted this form, you’ll get access to our community online group on Heylo. You’ll find all the classes and details there.

    Simply click on “I’m going” if you’re planning to join a class.

    NOTE: Please be aware that sign-up for a Tuesday class ends on Monday 6 pm.

  • We’ll be focusing on a different form element on every run to slowly and surely improve our running economy.

    I’ll be teaching you how to improve certain elements; i.e. head position, arm swings, stride, etc.

  • You don’t have to stay for the sea dip or a chat after the run. It’s totally optional to stay another 30 minutes if you like.

    • The exact location of the beach hut will be shared in our Discord group

    • The beach hut is located between Boscombe and Bournemouth pier.

    • There’s plenty of parking nearby

  • I truly value every member of this community and pour my heart and energy into making these sessions meaningful, accessible and supportive for all.

Hi, I'm Tamara - The MindFuelBody Coach.

I'm a UESCA certified ultra run coach, personal trainer, and nutritionist with over 5 years of experience in the field. As a passionate plant-based ultra trail runner myself, I specialise in empowering individuals to achieve their goals through a holistic approach that emphasises the profound connection between the mind and body.

With a strong passion and focus on running, I am committed to helping runners of all levels unlock their full potential. Through mindful coaching and nutritional guidance, I aim to inspire others to discover the transformative power of running not just as a physical activity, but as a journey of self-discovery and growth.
